Currently, our piggy residents go through 100 pounds of pig feed per day! When available, we supplement with fruit and vegetables as a treat. Although pigs will eat just about anything, we have to be sure they are getting a nutritionally complete feed and balance the amount of food they receive so as not to create obesity-related health problems like arthritis and heart failure.
One 50lb bag of feed provides a breakfast or dinner meal for our hungry piggers.
